Foundations for enjoyment of sport throughout life can be built by sporting skills and enjoyment learned in childhood. It is very important to start when children are still toddlers. I watched the improvement of my brother's appearance when he started playing sport. His workout improved physical fitness reducing his overweight, improve positivism through learning skills and success. As for my kids, going in for sports help children to learn to control their impulses. Such measures are necessary for success in sport as well as social relationships. Sports burden help to build friendships, start lifetime interests, help children learn rules and follow them, help children to wrest out winning and losing, help children do better at school work. All over the world people feel sore about increasing overweight and obesity. Most of people who are overweight or obese have least physical burden and health problems. Helping kids to develop good eating patterns and enjoyment from sports and workout may help them run away later health problems. Children and young people who practice workout and enjoy physical burden are less likely to join anti-social activities. If children have a deterioration of health or continual medical problem their parents have to discover sports they can play. They should discuss this with their kids' doctor and then find out what is available in their case. First kids have to prepare emotionally or physically. They need a certain period of workout before they get serious physical burden and take part in any competition (especially if kids have overweight and obesity). Other-way they are likely to experience disappointment and stress and may give up playing altogether. Kids under eight need nice and comfortable sport gear to have the freedom running and swimming, kicking and hitting a ball, jumping, explore and learn the skills of throwing and catching in an enjoyable way. |
